INTRO TO COMPUTERS

With this introductory computer course, you become familiar with computer hardware and software, the computer mouse, and the Windows operating system.  If you are not familiar with computers, improve your computer knowledge today with this introduction to computers course.

• Understand the components of computer hardware

• Identify and open computer software programs

• Apply mouse moves to interface with the computer

• Understand computer files and folders

• Store files in your “My Documents” folder

Dates: Wednesday, February 1st., 2012 – Thursday, February 2nd., 2012 - Monday, February 6th., 2012

Time: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Place: TMAC lab at UTPA 1201 W. University Drive, Edinburg, TX 78539

Next to UTPA Police Dept. by Sugar Rd.
